PRINCE2 Practitioner | Training and Certification

PRINCE2® Practitioner course is aimed to measure whether a candidate can apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a non-complex project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

Towards the end candidate needs to exhibit the competence required for the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification, and show that they can apply and tailor PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a given project scenario.

Specifically:

• Know or comment on detailed explanations of all processes, themes and techniques, and worked examples of all PRINCE2 management products as they might be applied to address the particular circumstances of a given project scenario.
• Demonstrate that they understand the relationships between processes, themes, techniques and PRINCE2 management products and can apply this understanding.
• Demonstrate that they understand the reasons behind the processes, themes and techniques of PRINCE2.
• Demonstrate their ability to the tailor PRINCE2 to different project environments.

This course is suitable for delegates who are involved in managing one or more projects and delegates who wish to take the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. Delegates attending this program should have cleared PRINCE2 Foundation Exam.

Before attending this course the student must have participated in a PRINCE2 Foundation course either through Midas COnsulting or another APM Group ATO or Affiliate. Before attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam the candidate must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. The PRINCE2 Practitioner course is set up as a very practical exam preparation course with the official exam on the afternoon of the second day. Students will go through hundreds of practitioner style questions on all PRINCE2 subjects and will receive a full PRINCE2 Practitioner test exam with sample answers. The Practitioner course includes access to our PRINCE2 e-learning environment, our PRINCE2 Practitioner Event manual and the ‘Managing Successful Projects' with PRINCE2 - OGC manual.
